Although he applied sunscreen intermittently, he did experience mild sunburn in the area, which has since healed. He doesn’t experience any pain or itching, but he is self-conscious about the appearance of his skin. During the examination, there are scattered pale pink macules covered with fine scales visible over his upper back, despite having a suntan. What is the most probable diagnosis?
