A 67-year-old woman who was previously healthy experienced persistent chest discomfort while gardening. She presents to the Emergency Department (ED) eight hours later.
Upon examination, her Electrocardiogram (ECG) shows T-wave inversion in the inferior leads. Her creatine kinase (CK) level is around 600 U/l, and her troponin T level is elevated at 0.18 ng/ml.
