MRCP2-1701

A 29-year-old woman presents with abnormal liver function tests and a history of fatigue for the past year. She has a medical history of asthma and anxiety and takes symbicort and sertraline. She smokes 8 cigarettes per day and drinks 1-2 bottles of wine per week. On examination, she has mild right upper quadrant tenderness and mildly icteric sclerae. Blood tests reveal elevated bilirubin, ALP, ALT, and γGT levels, as well as positive anti-nuclear and anti-smooth muscle antibodies. An ultrasound shows evidence of cirrhosis.
