MRCP Part 2

MRCP Part 2 Overview

The MRCP(UK) Part 2 Written exam builds on the knowledge assessed in Part 1 and tests the acquisition of a representative sample of medical knowledge, skills and behaviour as specified in the UK Specialty Training Curriculum for Core Medical Training and the Curriculum for Internal Medicine.

Unlike Part 1, Part 2 Written includes clinical images, investigation findings and data interpretation. Candidates can sit Part 2 Written and PACES in either order, or simultaneously in the same assessment period.
