Per seat, per year, with the rate set by your total cohort size. Group buys at a flat group rate; from Department upward, per-seat rates step down at 50, 100 and 250 seats. Bands are calculated across your whole organisation, not per purchase order.
Yes, and you only pay for what you pick. Group covers one exam bank. Department and Institution cover every pathway your programme runs - both fellowship parts, or Years 1–3, Finals and PSA together.
Yes. We act as data processor, you remain data controller. Trainee data is stored in a UK-region database, we process it only to deliver the service, and we don't sell or share it. Page rendering may occur on our hosting provider's wider infrastructure as part of its global edge network; no trainee data is processed at that layer. Our full compliance pack is available on request for procurement review.
Yes. We invoice against a purchase order on standard 30-day terms, and we're set up for NHS trust, university and deanery finance processes. Card payment stays available if it's faster for you.
Yes. A standard DPA is available at every tier. Institution customers can have a custom DPA negotiated against your own template as part of procurement.
